These terms and conditions apply to the use of the iWALK FREE website. By placing an order with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
iWALK FREE reserves the right at its discretion to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We invite you to check back periodically to see if any changes have been made.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
All personal information gathered is for the sole purpose of processing customer orders and will not be passed to any other party. You agree that email may be used as a means of communication between you and iWALK FREE. If you register an account, you are entirely responsible for all actions taken under that username/email address and password. If you become aware that any other person may know your username/email address and password, you must change your password immediately, which is a facility available to you on the website.
Your contract for the supply of products and/or solutions through www.iWALKFREE.ie is with iWALK FREE. You warrant that all the details you provide iWALK FREE for the purpose of ordering from the company are true, accurate, current, and complete in all regards.
If there are changes to the details you have provided it is your responsibility to inform iWALK FREE at the earliest opportunity.
iWALK FREE reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the website immediately and without notice should you breach any of our terms and conditions.
Ordering & Payment:
You can place your order simply and safely over the phone through a member of our friendly sales team, online, or in person in our Portlaoise showroom. By ordering, you warrant that the credit/debit card you use is your own.
Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards. We accept online payments in a secure environment using Secure Socket Layering technology (SSL) facilitated by Stripe payments. We do not store card details.
Please note that products will only be dispatched when paid for in full (including any postage). If you encounter any problems whilst ordering from iWALK FREE, please don’t hesitate to contact us through e-mail: info@iWALKFREE.ie.
When placing an order with iWALK FREE, you agree that all information provided by you is accurate and complete. Please ensure you have checked the details before completing an order.
All prices are listed on our website and are presumed correct at the time of entering the information. However, iWALK FREE reserves the right to change the price of any product or solution at any time. All consumer prices are inclusive of VAT.
All orders are subject to order acceptance and product availability. By completing and submitting the electronic order form (or proceeding through the ‘checkout process’) you are making an offer to purchase. Neither submitting an electronic order form or completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. No contract for the sale of any product or solution will exist between you and iWALK FREE until we indicate acceptance of your order by dispatching the product or solution.
Next working day delivery is only available on items ordered before 12 noon Monday to Thursday.
We use a courier service for all our deliveries, this ensures your order is delivered to you in perfect condition. All items are delivered unassembled. If assembly is required, please enquire about our engineered delivery service.
We deliver orders to any desired address in the Republic of Ireland.
We deliver from Monday to Friday. We do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
The cost of shipping is €9.95 per order on items under €100. Free delivery will apply on all orders over €100 that are delivered by courier.
The expected delivery time will depend on the stock levels. We will always ship out orders as soon as is practicable. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
Item in stock: next day delivery. In instances where an item appears in stock on our website but is not available for some reason, a full refund will be offered on a no-hassle basis.
Exchange & Returns:
iWALK FREE makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact Customer Services within a reasonable time of receipt and return the package within a reasonable time, for a replacement to be sent.
If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within 14 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund return postage costs.
Please note, we have a duty of care to our customers and we cannot risk spreading infection and therefore cannot accept returns on toileting, incontinence, showering or bedding products for hygiene reasons.
There are no returns on items that are made to order.
If you have not received your order within 28 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.
At iWALK FREE we operate a Return to Base service. If a product develops a manufacturing fault during the warranty period, then it must be returned to iWALK FREE where it will be repaired free of charge or replaced. Your product will be returned to you when the repair is complete or in cases where the product is deemed unrepairable, we will replace it.
